August 20 – September 5

2025-2026 Open Enrollment Details

Here’s how you can make the most of your benefits this year:

  • Review and Update: Look over your current benefits, note any changes for the upcoming year, and explore the new plans being offered. Ensure that your beneficiary information is up-to-date.
  • Enroll on PeopleSoft: Complete your enrollment before September 6, 2024, to make changes or updates to your benefits, including adding or removing dependents and adjusting your coverage.
  • Verify Personal and Dependent Information: Double-check that all personal details, including your address and phone number, are accurate, and confirm that all eligible dependents are correctly listed.
  • Consider Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs): Decide whether to enroll or re-enroll in FSAs for healthcare or dependent care expenses.
  • All changes will take effect on October 1, 2025.

How to Enroll Online

We will continue to utilize PeopleSoft to enroll in benefits for 2025-2026.

  1. Visit PeopleSoft HR
  2. Log in using your existing Windows username and password
  3. Select Open Enrollment
  4. Read the Welcome Screen
  5. Verify/update dependents and beneficiary information
  6. View Benefits Summary
  7. Verify/update your benefits enrollment
  8. Review any updates or changes to your benefits enrollment
  9. Submit your enrollment

Important Enrollment Information

This is an ACTIVE enrollment. This means you MUST go into the PeopleSoft HR enrollment platform to review or make changes to your benefits. Remember, you must login and make an election, or you will not have coverage beginning October 1, 2025.
