Remember, new hires have 30 days from your start date to enroll in benefits! See below for enrollment information.

How to Enroll

  • You will enroll via paper enrollment form.
  • Employees should be enrolled and receive ID cards before their benefits go into effect 30 days after their hire date.
  • You can only change your benefits during the next open enrollment period. The exception to this rule occurs when you have a qualifying event such as marriage, divorce or the birth/adoption of a child, etc.
  • Our next open enrollment period will be in the fall of 2025, so review all the materials carefully to make the right decision for your situation.

PeopleSoft

Once you have provided all the required new hire paperwork back to your HR team, your profile will be set up on the PeopleSoft system. Other important information such as your PTO, holiday schedule, leave information, payroll schedule and time-off requests are also included here.
